PROGRAM MANAGER

Location: Newark, Delaware Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $53 - 58 per hour We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to serve as the primary architect of our enterprise-wide initiatives. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between strategic ideation and global implementation, setting the vision for complex, cross-functional programs in direct partnership with the executive leadership team. You will lead a team of senior project managers to drive digital transformation and AI-driven innovation, ensuring every product lifecycle aligns with our long‑term revenue drivers. As a key spokesperson and mentor, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management. Responsibilities: Provide oversight to cross‑functional programs and projects from strategic ideation through successful implementation. Set the vision and define high‑level objectives, deliverables, scope, and timelines in close collaboration with the executive leadership team. Lead and mentor senior project managers to ensure risk is proactively managed and project status is communicated effectively at the executive level. Oversee product lifecycle & implementation of enhancements, ensuring product strategies and iterations align with overall business goals. Drive synergy between product delivery initiative and overarching corporate strategy, including digital transformation and AI‑driven innovation. Articulate clear, long‑term business strategies and milestones that tie directly to core business revenue drivers and market evolution. Establish and nurture high‑level relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners. Serve as the spokesperson for critical projects, delivering regular updates and strategic briefings to leadership. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, aligning project management methodologies with best practices across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, with significant exposure to end‑to‑end product delivery in complex, high‑growth environments. Demonstrated expertise in conducting in‑depth business analysis and translating strategic business objectives into actionable plans. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast‑paced environment. Superior communication skills. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Extensive experience with marketing operations, MarTech solutions, or digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency with modern project management tools and agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project). Experience with digital marketing automation and analytics platform tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Knowledge of emerging AI and automation trends coupled with practical experience in innovation pipeline management. Proven track record of managing complex, strategic initiatives that align with corporate objectives and deliver measurable business results.
