Salary: $40.00 per hour (per Unit A contract) Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors. Development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans. Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data. Provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff. Train faculty and staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies. Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators, therapists, and medical personnel. Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment decisions. Generate reports and documentation related to student progress. Job Requirements MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Licensure, Certification Area: Applied Behavior Analyst. SEI Endorsement (preferred). Valid CORI is required. Suitable “fingerprinting” results are required before employment can begin. CPI Training & 1-3 years of experience is preferred At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
