Senior Director, Design Operations

Responsibilities Build and operationalize team rituals, cadences, and frameworks for Apps & Industries UX team Connect product roadmaps to UX priorities and manage design dependencies Serve as the strategic nerve center for UX leadership and coordinate reviews Partner with operations leaders for alignment and optimization across business units Requirements At least 12 years of experience working in enterprise software in Design, Design Operations, or Program Management roles Outstanding partnership and relationship-building skills in cross-functional environments Familiarity with design processes and agile or scrum methodologies Superb communication skills across multiple mediums A related technical degree required Experience establishing credibility with senior executives Experience running events and programs for internal teams or external customers Experience designing and thinking in systems like mobile apps or content management systems Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in Design Operations and Program Management within enterprise software, with a strong focus on building effective team frameworks and optimizing cross-functional collaboration.
