Masker Technician

Automotive Paint Masker Description: As a member of the paint team, a Masker is tasked with various duties that assist in preparing a vehicle to be painted. It is preferred that a Maskerhavea basic understanding of automotive paintprincipalsand a basic knowledge of different paint products. Essential Job Functions Prepare the vehicle beforepaintby masking off key areas of vehicle or part to protect from paint. Apply vinyl masks on vehicles or parts for different paint projects. Assist painters with final mask process and remove all tape and paper and plastic after vehicle or part is finished being painted. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Some experience in an automotive paint shop or body shop setting preferred Skills Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast pacedenvironment Must be willing to assist peers, teach andhelp outas well as exude flexibility Some computer experienceaplus #J-18808-Ljbffr Med-National Staffing Inc.
