• Execute preventive maintenance routines to maximize equipment life and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains to reduce downtime.
• Install, align, and service parts including bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
• Read and apply information from blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and work orders.
• Record maintenance actions, repair details, and track spare parts accurately.
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve equipment concerns with minimal interruption.
• Follow and reinforce all safety procedures—especially Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Support building maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a technical/trade credential is preferred.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing or production.
• Solid proficiency with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Skill using hand and power tools, along with diagnostic equipment, safely and effectively.
• Basic welding/fabrication capability (nice to have).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
