Responsibilities

• Repair and refinish damaged vehicle bodies to factory standards
• Conduct assessments of vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with management and customers as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
• Reliable transportation to and from the Lake Orion, MI location
