Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as directed by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel under your supervision comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
