Senior Data Analyst / Lead Data Analyst – BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in the BFSI domain to drive data-driven decision-making across banking, financial services, insurance, risk, compliance, customer analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep domain knowledge of BFSI operations, expertise in data management and visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, data engineers, risk managers, product owners, and senior leadership to deliver strategic analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

2. Data Management & Governance

• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop data quality monitoring processes.
• Maintain metadata and business glossaries.
• Support master data management initiatives.
• Participate in data governance programs.
• Define and enforce data standards and controls.

3. Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Design executive dashboards and management reports.
• Create automated reporting solutions.
• Develop KPI scorecards.
• Provide self-service BI capabilities to business users.
• Optimize reporting performance and usability.
