Responsibilities Plan and execute a well‑rounded, refined program that encourages residents to continue to thrive. Support a wellness‑centered program and contribute to residents’ health and well‑being. Develop meaningful relationships with residents and support their overall quality of life. Attend scheduled shifts Friday through Monday, 9 am to 4 pm. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience preparing and implementing activities, preferably in Memory Care or Assisted Living settings. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field is a plus. Experience in resident programming preferred. Passion for working with seniors. Excellent communication skills. Computer literate.
