Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Napa, California. This position involves providing post-anesthesia recovery care within a hospital setting, supporting patient recovery following surgical procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), two years of experience in PACU, experience with Epic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, community hospital experience, travel experience required.
• Additional Information: The role requires working varying start times based on surgical schedules. Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed. Submission requires specific charting experience with Epic, two references covering at least one year, and a valid California license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty is preferred.
