Are you ready to lock arms with us?The Sourcing Specialist is a key member of the Healthcare Recruiting Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Delivery. This individual acts as a dedicated sourcer, conducting talent research, market analysis, and targeted job seeker mapping. This teammate will collaborate with Product Leaders, Account Executives and Recruiters to drive talent leads into the ATS, from multiple sources, and with the goal of building talent pools. The Sourcing Specialist will partner with Product Leadership, Delivery Leadership, sales and delivery on areas of improvement and refinement and launch innovative new sourcing processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Candidate SourcingWork with Delivery Leaders, Product Leaders, Accounts Executives and Recruiters to launch strategic searches and build tearsheets for specific modalities and specialties in Bullhorn.Complete the fields in the Healthcare Credentials Card in each Candidate profileFocus will be aligned to database supply goals, Account Breaker reqs, Open reqs with no allocation, etc.Sourcing Specialist will work with Delivery Leader to ensure tearsheets are sent and called on by recruitersAttend weekly internal meetings with product / sales / delivery teams to stay updated on talent sourcing strategies and needs.Candidate ResearchSourcing Specialist will research missing Candidate contact info and Healthcare Credentials fields in Bullhorn, with the goal of creating complete profiles for existing candidatesUtilize resources including state boards, online people search engines, etc.Talent AttractionUtilize Job Posting Gem to post jobs to niche boards including LocumTenens.Org, DocCafeSend messages to matching profiles within the job platformLaunch engagement and nurture campaigns to specific talent populations in BullhornProvide high-quality outreach and communication to talent that are matches. xhyhwjd Support Hotbook / Proactive Submittal StrategyWork with Account Executives to highlight and present hotbook talent to key and strategic targetsTechnologies/platforms used: BullhornGemini GemsCurately AIDocCafePhysicianJobBoardLocumTenens.OrgLicensing and Certification Boards: i.e. State Licensing BoardsOnline Search Engines: i.e. ZoomInfo, True People Search, etc.LinkedInGOALS:Weekly Leads added to BullhornProject-based completion of Candidate ProfilesProject-based talent engagement and nurture campaignsWeekly jobs postedWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Service-oriented with a strong work ethicEffective time management and task prioritizationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProfessional and goal oriented demeanorWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive hourly pay rateAbility to work up to 40 hours per week401(k)Comprehensive medical insurance (PPO, HSA)Dental and vision insuranceStudent loan assistance programGym membership reimbursementVacation /Annual Day of Service / Paid Holidays OffEmployer financed Life/AD&D, Long Term and Short Term Disability InsuranceLOCATION:Candidates will be considered for our Scottsdale, AZ and Oakbrook, IL markets
