Crisis & Behavioral Health Program Specialist II

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a multidisciplinary services coordinator to oversee the coordination of care across multiple disciplines within the Behavioral Program. This role engages health care teams, coordinates evaluation practices, and supports patients and families by providing educational resources and ensuring adherence to care protocols. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and relevant licensure or certification as listed in #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Health
