This full-time, onsite opportunity opens the door to work with a diverse caseload across several locations in the area, supporting students’ communication and academic success. The need is immediate and welcoming to both credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs - CCC) and skilled SLPAs, with multiple openings available for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (for SLPs)
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure; CCC certification preferred for SLPs
• Open to both credentialed SLPs and experienced SLPAs
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to the varied needs of K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Evaluate, assess, and document student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state standards
• Participate in team meetings and offer insights as part of a multidisciplinary approach
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed
