At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $28-32/hour before differentials!
Schedule : Full Time 7:00pm - 7:00am

Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.
No catheters or I/Vs/Ports/Midlines
Our Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them)
There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.
No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAR

LPN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration and medication education to clients
Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols (Complete COWS and CIWA scales)
Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Other duties as assigned

Licensure, Education, & Experience

Current LPN license in West Virginia
Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid
