Production Technician

Pay Rate Low: 18 | Pay Rate High: 22
We are seeking a Production Technician to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role will assist with production, equipment operation, cleaning, material movement, inspection, and packaging while following SOPs and GMP requirements.



Location: Fully Onsite, New Albany, OH

Pay: $18-$22/hour
Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2,2,3) Night Shift, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing processes according to SOPs and batch records .
• Set up, operate, clean, and prepare manufacturing equipment.
• Support production, filling, finishing, inspection, packaging, and/or solution preparation activities.
• Move materials and totes and ensure components are available for production.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or production issues.
• Perform basic measurements, calculations, and material reconciliations.
• Document production activities using electronic batch records and computer systems .
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures .
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain continuous production.

• High School Diploma/GED + 1 year of work or military experience, or Associate degree.
• Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or production experience preferred.
• Experience with equipment operation, packaging, batching, material handling, or inspection is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic manufacturing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed SOPs.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift , including weekends and holidays as needed.
