Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform MRI scans using Philips equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes.
  
  
• 
  Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  
  
• 
  Follow facility protocols and safety standards, including radiation safety, even though a radiation badge isn't required.
  
  
• 
  Document procedures accurately in Epic charting system.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to on-call rotation schedule, providing coverage during evening shifts and possibly weekends.
  
  
• 
  Ensure all certifications, including BLS and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, are current and compliant.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT credential.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 1 year of MRI tech experience in a clinical setting.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work independently within scope and follow safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Be willing to participate in on-call rotations, evening shifts, and possibly weekend coverage.
  
  
• 
  Hold a valid South Carolina RN license or have proof of application with active status.
