This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic execution, directly impacting operational performance and team development. This position is part of the Operations team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with additional hours as required based on business needs. In this role, a typical day will look like: Supervise daily operations to ensure internal and external customer demands are met Lead team performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) metrics using Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools. Develop and execute data-driven action plans to improve operational performance and standard work Manage production planning by aligning customer orders with labor and material availability Optimize labor allocation and drive cross-training to increase flexibility Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives Implement policy deployment plans aligned with short- and long-term business goals Evaluate team performance and drive development plans, coaching, and corrective actions as needed The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (preferred) 1–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using data to drive continuous improvement and operational decision-making Experience with production planning, scheduling, or workload balancing Hach is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $96,550 - $111,800 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
