The Smokehouse at Blackwater Falls is seeking a Sous Chef to lead back-of-house operations, oversee kitchen functions, and assist in strategy and direction for all food served in outlets. You will train staff, manage inventories and vendor relations, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
