CMF Designer

FD Group , an Engineering & Design Consulting Company active throughout Italy and Europe, is looking for a professional to join its team as a CMF Designer: Duties Development and management of CMF proposals (Color, Materials & Finishes) for vehicle interiors and exterior paint finishes; Research and selection of innovative materials, finishes, and colors aligned with market trends and brand strategy; Creation of high-impact visuals and presentations to communicate design proposals; Support in defining color palettes, surface finishes, and material combinations; Collaboration with design, engineering, supplier, and client teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions; Participation in design reviews, benchmarking activities, and aesthetic validation on both physical and digital mock-ups.
