Perks: Shift: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 2:00pm) or (8:00am - 2pm) (Part time) Weekly paycheck Pay: $ 17.00 Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email. • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner. • Monitor progress of delivery routes. • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment. • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
