Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.
- Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.
- Maintain timely and clear communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.
- Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.
- Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.
Experience of using any ATS platform is preferred.
