Talent Acquisition Implementation Deploy centrally defined talent acquisition processes across the North/South regions Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities Monitor recruitment performance and KPIs; identify and upscale barriers to successful hiring Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related needs from local teams, agencies, and HR Employer Branding Execution Support execution of employer branding activities aligned with central strategy and adapted to regional/division-specific needs Ensure consistent execution of recruitment marketing activities, events, and campaigns Represent Yazaki in local labor market engagements, career fairs, or employer brand initiatives Recruitment & Process Optimization Recommend improvements to recruitment channels, systems, processes, or candidate experience Select and manage external recruitment partners based on internal standards and project needs

QUALIFICATIONS
