As a Dispatcher working in the HomeTown system, you will be responsible for taking calls and organizing the daily routes for sales and service technicians. The main duties center around achieving a fuel and time-efficient route. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers. Communicate effectively with customers and drivers. Ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Build strong relationships with customers and drivers. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching. Trades knowledge is a plus. Strong customer service and data entry skills. This position description is intended to be dynamic and subject to change. Position requirements and essential functions may be altered from time to time based upon the needs of the organization and department. This position may be required to execute special projects or other related duties on occasion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
