Attorneys in this group work at the forefront of rapidly evolving legal and regulatory frameworks, partnering closely with clients across industries to address issues of strategic importance throughout the full lifecycle of privacy, cybersecurity, and AI risk.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.JD at a top-tier law school (Top 30, Top 50% of class at minimum).Grades: Most groups prefer no Cs, especially for 1L courses. GPA guidelines vary by school ranking (e.g., 3.0-3.2 for T14, 3.5-3.7 for lower-ranked schools).Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.Law firm experience: Must have AmLaw or well-respected boutique/Fortune 500 company experience. especially for tax roles (not open to in-house only).
