Learn more on dxc.comKey ResponsibilitiesSAP EWM Solution LeadershipLead SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize SAP EWM solutions.Drive warehouse transformation initiatives and recommend best-practice processes.Serve as the primary functional lead for SAP EWM delivery activities.Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants and project team members.Business Process DesignGather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations.Conduct fit-gap workshops and process design sessions with stakeholders.Translate business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions.Recommend process improvements to maximize warehouse efficiency and productivity.SAP EWM ConfigurationConfigure and support the following EWM capabilities:Warehouse structure setupStorage types and storage binsInbound processingOutbound processingPutaway strategiesPicking strategiesPhysical inventory processesLabor managementWave managementSlotting and rearrangementCross-dockingYard managementHandling unit managementRF framework and mobile warehouse solutionsResource managementProduction material stagingIntegration and Solution DeliveryEnsure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.Support testing, defect management, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows.Participate in architecture reviews and solution governance activities.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business users, warehouse managers, and executive stakeholders.Facilitate solution workshops and design reviews.Provide status reporting, risk management, and project leadership throughout delivery lifecycles.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM.Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.Experience leading SAP EWM workstreams or project teams.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations.Hands-on configuration experience across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.Experience preparing functional specifications and process documentation.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsSAP EWM Certification.Experience with both Embedded and Decentralized EWM deployments.SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation project experience.Experience with warehouse automation technologies.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.Experience working in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, logistics, pharmaceutical, or aerospace industries.Integration KnowledgeStrong understanding of SAP EWM integration with:SAP MMSAP SDSAP PPSAP QMSAP TMSAP Logistics ExecutionSAP S/4HANA Core Modules[Technical SkillsSAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)SAP S/4HANAWarehouse Structure ConfigurationInbound and Outbound ProcessingLabor ManagementWave ManagementPhysical InventoryCross-DockingYard ManagementRF FrameworkProcess-Oriented Storage Control (POSC)Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC)Handling Unit ManagementSAP Integration DesignFunctional SpecificationsTesting and Defect ResolutionCutover PlanningHypercare SupportLeadership CompetenciesTeam leadership and mentoringStrategic thinkingExecutive communicationStakeholder managementProblem solving and decision makingProcess improvementCross-functional collaborationWork Environment & EligibilityRemote to United StatesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureMust be US Citizen or Green Card holderAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
