Looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Caruso's Ristorante & Bar, located in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a motivated and energetic Server Assistant to join our team. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a lively atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting servers with table setup and clearing.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
- Supporting the team by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, or other table-side needs.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Providing friendly and attentive service to guests.
