The overall objective and purpose of the Dishwasher position is to support the culinary staff by maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen. The dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, pots and pans, as well as organizing and cleaning the kitchen. Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

Proficiently operate the dishwashing equipment, using the proper amount of products and reporting any deficiencies.

Stack clean dishes and transfer equipment to proper storage area

Sweep and mop restaurant dining and bathroom floors

Comply with company policies and procedures

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Attend required training and meetings
