Mancan Staffing has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in the Norwalk/Milan area and we are currently seeking production workers.
Hours are 6:00a – 2:30p or 2:30p-11:00p Monday-Friday
Pay rate is $16.00
Packers will be responsible forloading/unloading product and manufacturing of the products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working in the manufacturing process of a product.
- Performing the assembly, packing and packaging of product
- Check quality of the product and ensure products are being produced according to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols, policies and procedures.
- Ensure machinery is being cleaned and sanitized as needed.
Skills
- Physically able to regulary perform manual labor.
- Must be willing to work the shifts assigned and for extended hours when the need arises.
- Williing to lear and achieve production goals.
- Perform continuous quality checks.
- Must pass drug test and background check
You must bring with you 2 valid forms of Gov't ID.
You must be able to pass a Drug Screen and a National Background Check.
