HVAC Project Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor in the Boston area that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial HVAC and mechanical projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team. As an HVAC Project Manager, you'll oversee commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resources. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Work alongside estimators, engineers, superintendents, and field teams. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Monitor project costs, change orders, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates. Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects. Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
