Senior Product Development Manager

Our client, a growing apparel and lifestyle company, is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join their Accessory team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage product development timelines.
- Oversee costing, supplier coordination, and cost optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the product development process from concept through production.
- Monitor product quality, testing, and compliance to ensure established standards are met.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience managing product development timelines, costing, and technical specifications, preference for experience with Hard Goods.
- Familiarity with tooling, materials, product testing, and compliance standards.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Full Time On Site.
Salary: $100,000-$150,000 commensurate with experience.
