The Barback – Terrace/Fireside will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
- Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
- Completes all shift side work requirements.
- Continuously maintains an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
- Ensure adherence to health department standards of labeling and rotating stock of fresh ingredients including juice, syrups, fresh fruit and herbs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Alcohol Awareness card required.
- Minimum 1-year previous barback experience is preferred.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Able to speak and understand English.
