Descripción completa en español abajo. 322 BBQ is a chef-owned scratch kitchen. We smoke our meats low and slow, make our sides and sauces in house, and run a busy catering operation. We need line cooks who show up, move with purpose, and care about the plate. This is a daytime kitchen. We're built around lunch and catering, so you're not closing at midnight. What you'll do:
- Work the line during service: smoker, grill, fry, and assembly
- Prep from scratch to recipe and portion specs
- Help pack and stage catering orders
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Have any line or kitchen experience. Smoker or BBQ experience is a bonus, and we'll train the right person
- Stay calm and quick when it gets busy
- Show up on time, every time
- Can work weekends
- $16+ per hour to start, more with experience
