  The W Assisted Living Management Company is hiring Medication Aides to join our team. We're looking for energetic, compassionate individuals who take pride in caring for others.

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Distribute medications accurately and on schedule

  • Support residents with patience and kindness, enriching their day-to-day lives

  • Maintain regular communication with the pharmacy, families, residents, and assisted living management staff

  • Keep accurate, properly documented records of all medications distributed

  QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience pouring medication required

  • Familiarity with assisted living policies and procedures

  • Ability to follow directions and protocol after training

  • Experience with ALIS a plus, not required

• Keep properly documented records of all distributed medication

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have previous experience pouring medication

• Knowledge of assisted living policies and procedures

• Ability to follow directions and protocol after training

• Knowledge of ALIS is a plus, not required
