Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive traffic to the hotel and restaurants through concepting and executing dynamic marketing plans inclusive of advertising, email campaigns, website features, local events, programming, and sponsorships
• Manage multiple local PR agencies to drive awareness for each property
• Manage organic social media accounts. Collect and create content, oversee content calendars, connect with influencers, and interact with the community on social platforms to drive followers and engagement
• Support property marketing and promotions with copywriting and design for simple promotional materials such as e-blasts, flyers, and collateral. Oversee bigger design projects with outside graphic design agencies.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Able to travel 25% of the time as needed to support hotel and restaurant events and meetings with the team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3--5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and content development.
• Familiarity with hotel revenue strategies and brand management is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Canva, social media management platforms (Falcon, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc ), WordPress, email platform ( i.e. Mailchimp), Google Ads, Google Analytics, is a plus
