Security Sales Representative

Security Sales Representative Location: Grand Prairie, TX Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Duration: Full-time; Permanent from day one Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Commission Employer: CornerStone Professional Placement (partnered with a leading provider of advanced security technology solutions) Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, integrators, and strategic partners. Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop comprehensive security solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to post‑sale handoff. Stay current on emerging technologies, competitor activity, and market trends. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company revenue targets. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the security or related technology industry. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Security Management Software. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with brands such as Avigilon, LenelS2, Genetec, Axis, or Honeywell. Knowledge of IP networking and cloud‑based security solutions. Experience selling to end users in the North Texas region. CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
