A Medical Assistant License (NV) is required. IV Certified is required. The position is for a busy homeopathic clinic. Job Duties Making IV bags Drawing blood for labs and test kits Taking out acupuncture and IV needles Updating patient medical records Entering lab reports in files Assisting front desk when needed Answering phones Scheduling patients Following up calls Ordering supplies and stocking supplies Breaking down boxes Cleaning and stocking treatment rooms Other duties as assigned Qualifications Fast learner, friendly, knowledgeable with computer software Typing at least 35 WPM Ability to work well with others, patient, reliable, punctual, and able to multi‑task Ability to follow directions and work independently after training Experienced Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience preferred IV experience preferred Hours Hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday. Compensation $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience. Health insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacation after 1 year of full-time employment.
