Family Law Attorney

Job Description: Manage and grow a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution. Handle cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and protective orders. Transition and expand an existing portable book of business within the firm's platform. Continue developing client relationships and referral sources throughout the Maryland market. Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations across Maryland. Provide strategic legal counsel while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Collaborate with firm leadership to support continued growth and market expansion throughout Maryland. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Maryland Bar license in good standing. Five or more years of family law experience. Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a portable book of business. Strong litigation and courtroom experience. Proven ability to independently manage a busy caseload. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a thriving practice.
