maintaining vehicle health while creating exceptional customer experiences.Perform oil changes and filter replacementsCheck and communicate oil levels and vehicle conditions to teammatesInspect and refill vehicle fluids as neededVerify proper tire pressure and perform basic tire inspectionsComplete multi-point vehicle inspectionsInstall oil drain plugs and filters according to manufacturer standardsLubricate vehicle components as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaDeliver outstanding customer service with every interactionVehicle diagnostics & repair:Perform work outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standardsDiagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipmentRepair and maintain engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systemsTest-drive vehicles and verify repairsPerform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specificationsMaintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting productivity goalsCustomer communication & teamwork:Communicate directly with service advisors regarding repair recommendationsProvide accurate estimates for additional repairs when neededHelp ensure customers understand vehicle needs and repair timelinesCollaborate with parts and service teams to maximize efficiencyShop operations:Properly operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and shop machineryMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentStay current on manufacturer training, repair procedures, and emerging technologiesWhat you bring:Previous automotive dealership experience preferredExperience requirements vary by technician levelStrong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilitiesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCustomer-focused mindsetStrong communication skillsBasic computer proficiencyAbility to learn new technologies and repair proceduresAbility to
