We're looking for a hardworking Torch Cutter to join our team. If you have experience with oxy-propane cutting, heavy equipment operation, or scrap and metal processing, this is a great opportunity to work for a company that offers excellent benefits, training, and long-term stability.

• Operate an oxy-propane torch to cut and process metal materials.
• Inspect and measure materials to ensure quality and specification requirements are met.
• Assist with sorting, staging, and moving materials throughout the yard.
• Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, loaders, and CAT equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support daily yard and production operations.

• Experience using an oxy-propane torch or similar cutting equipment.
• Experience in metal processing, manufacturing, scrap recycling, or industrial environments.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of metal identification, shop math, or equipment troubleshooting is a plus.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced outdoor industrial setting. You'll work in various weather conditions while operating equipment and processing materials alongside a supportive team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
