Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing campaigns across media, social, and digital channels while collaborating with internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across social, digital, and media channels.

Act as a key point of contact for clients and collaborate with global media teams and agency partners.

Assist in creating engaging social media content, social selling programs, employee advocacy, and thought leadership initiatives.

Help develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI using CRM and marketing analytics tools.

Partner with sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive measurable business results.

Identify audience insights and new marketing opportunities through data analysis and market research.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners when required.

Ensure all marketing activities reflect brand standards and support an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.

Required Skills

Experience in marketing, media, digital campaigns, or related fields.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, media planning, and influencer marketing.

Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with CRM and marketing analytics platforms is preferred.

Pay Details: $54.40 per hour
