As a Preschool Teacher for 2-4 year olds , you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive. With your guidance, our students will develop foundational skills, explore their creativity, and build confidence to take on the world.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and learning.
• Encouraging social, emotional, and moral development through interactive activities and discussions.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Observing and assessing each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Being a positive role model by demonstrating punctuality, accountability, and reliability.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Preferred 3 years of experience working with young children in a learning environment.
• A passion for teaching and a nurturing, patient demeanor.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to being on time.
• A sense of accountability and dedication to your students’ success.
