Job Details Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; location in Cleveland, OH; Start date of 10/26/2026; End date of 01/25/2027; Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Participates in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation according to department policies. Supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students in applying therapeutic techniques. Engages in discharge planning, patient and family education, and equipment recommendations. Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Completes all necessary documentation, including treatment notes and discharge summaries, in a timely manner. Promotes safety awareness by following all facility guidelines related to infection control, patient handling, and hazard reporting. Attends team conferences and actively collaborates with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes. Performs other related duties as assigned.
