Work Environment

This on-site position is located at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Palmdale, which is tailored to support therapeutic exercises and treatment. Your work week will consist of regularly scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, incorporating their medical histories and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices and tailored to elevate patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Engage with patients to explain their treatment journey, ensuring they fully understand and commit to their rehabilitation plans.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and develop targeted exercise regimens that encourage physical resilience and strength recovery.
• Consistently monitor and adjust treatment plans based on the patient's progress, adapting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain in-depth, accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and modifications to ensure continuity of care and compliance with health regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse range of patients dealing with orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. You will collaborate with patients from various backgrounds, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery. Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• Clean record with no board actions or disciplinary measures.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience focused on orthopedic physical rehabilitation practices.
• Proven expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques.
• Strong skills in developing and executing tailored exercise programs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
