As a Shift Manager you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. What you bring to the table At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail. Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment. Compensation Shift Managers are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process.
