What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and healthcare team members
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Support unit and organizational goals through professional practice and leadership

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• 2+ years of NICU or relevant neonatal patient care experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and self-direction

Preferred:

• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
• Additional certification in a clinical specialty area
