Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized care and treatment plans for home health patients
• Provide ongoing therapy and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercises
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, OTs, and care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems
• Travel to patient homes throughout the assigned coverage territory
• Ensure compliance with home health and clinical documentation standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience in Speech Therapy / Speech Language Pathology
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home Health experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC and/or Homecare Advisor EMR systems
• Prior travel healthcare experience is a plus
• Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
