Then join MAP as a Project Manager, where you'll enter a fast-paced environment that values innovation and professional growth!What Will Your Day Look Like?As a Project Manager, you will manage several projects for one of our international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will be a central point of contact for client stakeholders, taking ownership from initial client brief to final delivery. Your work will ensure a high level of service, and you will be continually cultivating a relationship based on trust and close collaboration with the client. You will be working independently yet collaboratively with a diverse team of experts from our entire organization. Your responsibilities will include:Understanding client requirements and translating those to well-defined projectsDeveloping detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsScoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities.Understanding technical requirements and how these impacts a project (risk, possibilities etc.)Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting.Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.Proactively Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication.Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Who Are You Going To Work With?You will be collaborating with a network of Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, and Developers. You'll report to the Account Lead, who will provide guidance and support through regular meetings to discuss projects and explore new opportunities. Additionally, you bring:Proven project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.An understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology.Experience working with various marketing platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce or BrazeAbility to speak "tech language" and experience working alongside developers and architects to translate vision into buildable solutions.Ideally some experience with Agentic AI, Digital Coworkers and modern automated workflow environmentsComfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities.Fluency in English.Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet) and PowerBI is a plus.Strong skills in the Microsoft office package, especially PowerPoint.A Leader In Personalized Customer ExperiencesVML MAP is a world-leading Centre of Excellence that helps businesses humanize the relationship between the brand and the customer through hyper personalization at scale, marketing automation and CRM.
