Forklift Operator - Stand-Up & Sit-Down Forklift

We are seeking dependable Forklift Operators with stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience to support warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Positions are available on 1st shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift.

Job Duties

Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload flatbed trailers and incoming shipments
Move, organize, and stage materials for production and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory counts and material locations
Use tablets or warehouse systems to track orders and inventory movement
Verify materials, quantities, and shipment information for accuracy
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines
Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material handling throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
Ability to safely operate forklift equipment for extended periods
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
Ability to perform physical work while maintaining productivity and safety standards
