Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will develop and oversee financial processes and controls to support financial reporting and audits for platform operations, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Partner with finance teams to assess the financial impacts of business changes and improve visibility into platform accounts Design, implement, and review controls in collaboration with the platform SOX team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team, ensuring timely completion of processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Required qualifications 12+ years of finance and accounting experience, including management roles in a large multinational organization 6+ years of relevant industry experience in tech, payments, or hospitality within a high-growth environment CPA or equivalent certification, with experience from a Big 4 accounting firm preferred Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with large-scale ERP systems Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
