We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities.**About the role**We are looking for a **Personal trainer** to join the team at our client site located in **Raritan, NJ**! This role will work as-needed and be expected to float between two different sites on the same campus.Number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling. Hours will vary between 5am-8pm.Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.Minimum Requirements* Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.* Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Compensation: this is a commission based position.Brand: HealthFitnessHealthFitness is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our people and our business.
